I'm using Photo Paint to clean up and resize scanned images. The images
are standard TIFF ~10MB in size. I clean up any scanning errors resize
the image and save it out as a progressive JPEG. The problem seems to be
that when I close one image (FILE - CLOSE) the memory that image used is
not being released by Photo Paint. Which results in me having to exit
and restart Photo Paint after processing two images. My PC is a 200MHz
Pentium w/64 MB RAM and several hundred MB of swap space available. I've
configured Photo Paint to turn off undo and use 70% of available memory.

Anybody else run into this problem or have a workaround?

Thanks

Jim
