I found two likely things, but I don't know what they
mean or how to fix them. I'd really appreciate it if
someone could reply with these portions of their file.
Thanks alot - this is really annoying!

Fix for Wacom Tablet Freeze When Invoking Color Manager (CorelDraw 7)
(You must have the Wacom .245 driver for this to work.) After
downloading Wacom's .245 driver from CIS or Wacom's website
(www.wacom.com) and expanding it onto a floppy as instructed at
www.wacom.com/productsupport/ex245.html, there will be a file named
COM_PING.FIX on the floppy in the A:\WIN\3195 directory.
From DOS (not a DOS prompt from within Windows, but a restart in
MS-DOS Mode), rename COM_PING.FIX to WACOM.VXD. Then copy WACOM.VXD to
the Windows\System directory and let it overwrite the existing file.
Reboot.

No - I have a Summagraphics tablet.
Anyhow, fixed the error by deleting all my ".cfg" files.
If it happens again I will try to figure out what caused it.
Best wishes,
Mitchell
