I can't seem to subscribe

Hello all,
I am trying to subscribe to this list from my laptop. (I am on my desktop
writing this, with windows 98), whereas my laptop is Corel linux. Anyways,
I can't find the link anywhere to click on to get it going.
I tried to manually select the server corel. com and also tried
cnews.corel.linux (which is no longer active) and a host of others. My
Netscape actually freezes.
Oh, I also tried to use news.corel.com and the message comes "you don't have
the right to use this" or something comes.
Anyways, any help or simply the right link so I can click on it and have it
start automatically would be nice.
