how to open .vp file

Hi there

I work for a small publishing house and someone has sent us an old book
makeup file in .vp format. We are currently only running CS3. Is there any
way we can access or import the .vp file to update the book.

I can normally produce a pdf of a Corel Ventura file. Corel Ventura still
runs on XP but not on Vista. It can be purchased at a price.
