You obviously have overridden the Page Tag (the change will only apply to
the page you edited). You will need to modify the Page Tag, then apply this
tag to all the pages. Here is how:
Click outside of the margins (whitespace) on the page. The Page Tag List
(dropdown menu) will appear in your toolbar. You will see a plus (+) sign
next to the Default Page Tag. This means it has an override applied. Click
on View, Page Tags, then edit the page tags with the new info you want to
appear on each page. When finished, click View, Page Layout to go back to
the regular view. You will now need to apply the new Page Tag. Click on
Page, Apply Page Tag, then select all the pages you want to display this
Page Tag. Click Ok, then see your changes made. Now the Page Tag List will
not show the + sign showing the override you made before.
Keep in mind you can use an infinite number of Page Tags. Ventura is a very
powerful and versatile program.

I'm floundering and cannot locate any Help info pertaining to this.
How can i make the footer text i want to display, the default footer text?
I am importing a Style from fellow workers project to keep consistent look.
But the footer text that comes with it needs changed. I can change the
current page, but if I insert blank pages, the original footer text
displays.
Any info, suggestions, greatly appreciated.
Thanks
