OT: Galliard Expert font

Does anyone know where I can buy an Expert version of Galliard, one with Old
Style figures and true Small Caps? Would be good to have in T1, would be
better to have these characters available in the ANSI range, although I
could probably figure out by reading Gabor's old posts how to move what I
need to ANSI positions, if I could find these characters in *any* position.
