How to open a .CHP file, Third posting with out an answer

I now use Draw Suite 11 which can not touch the file and I got rid of the
old Print House CD a long time ago, any one with any plausable suggestions
on how to access the file.

And I only have one (1) file in the CHP format that I wish to access, and it
is important to me........

It is a CPH file it is the third posting, the other two postings were
removed from the server.

They were removed because attachments are not allowed.
