When I paste a photo into print house there are lines and dotted lines
running through the photo when I print it. What's going on? I'm running XP

Are they there on screen or only on the print out?
What happens if you print via another program?
What printer? Have you updated the driver?

They are only on the printed piece. What is strange is on the front of this
card there is a photo that prints fine but the one on the inside prints with
the lines through it. The printer is HP 722c, there isn't an updated driver
for it. I have never seen this with any other program. I didn't find any
kind of updates for Print House 2000 online either. I can delete the photo
and the lines don't print. I have also tried several photos in this same
spot.

Unfortunately I don't have that exact version to test with... but try
updating your video driver too.

Is this a product that they still sell or manufacture? I can't seem to find
any info on a newer version. I was going use the pay per use tech support
but they don't support it.

Fixed the problem. I went to Sam's Club and purchased PrintMaster. They have
free support!

thanks for the help

Of course had you purchased an OEM version of PrintMaster you would have
been in the same boat.
