Hello,

I have used my trusty PhotoPaint 9 for LInux for a couple years now. Since
just a week or so ago, the program refuses to open. When I click on the
icon, the program acts like it's opening, even the little box that appears
right before the program opens is there, but that's as far as it gets.
Instead of PhotoPaint, I get this cryptic message "unhandled exception
0xc0000005 at address 0x402b417c." What does this mean? And how do I
fix it? I desperately need my Paint for work.

thanks,
Susan

Put your Install CD in and click on the "repair" option., or you might try
the 'ol F8 when opening Corel. Have you tried just rebooting? I don't know
how Linux handles things compared to Window$
