How do I make an oil painting like the color pallette?

HI,
I've got Painter 8 and I've dabbled with it quite a bit. However,
under none of the brush menu's can I find the same effect as the
buttery oils in the mixing pallette. This is how I'd like to work. Is
there a way to mimic this, or is it built in and I've just overlooked
it?

BTW: look at Sargents portraits to see the style I'm going for here. I
want opaque "thick" color, like real oils.
