Hi,

Bernd

As Bernd suggested Stefan,

Check the Wacom driver version you are using and download the latest update
for your model;

Stefan,

I also have the same tablet and have the 4.76-4 driver installed. I have
had no problems with the Painter IX trial version. It could perhaps also
have something to do with the configuration of your Wacom tablet. I have
mine configurated for all programs - perhaps you chose the programs you
wanted to use your Wacom tablet for and Painter IX is not one of them ?
