Knockout 2 in Mac Photopaint 11, not!

I don't have the impression anybody lives in the forum, but I'll give it
a try. I recently bought Knockout 2 at Amazon. I have installed it in
both Photopaint 10 and Photopaint 11. It does not appear under the
Effects menu in Photopaint 11.

Anyone know why? Anyone know how I can raise a human at Corel who can
answer this question? I know Corel has sworn off Macintosh but I have
hope this will eventually work.
