Totally confused - please clarify

Greetings all,
I'd like to purchase Knockout 2. However on the web I'm finding two
seemingly different products, one called Corel Knockout 2 and the other
Procreate Knockout 2. They both have different looking boxes, and there
seems to be a huge difference in their prices. But then I read that Corel
and Procreate are more or less the same company. I am so confused!
Am I right in thinking that Corel Knockout is just for Mac Os, and Procreate
is for Windows?
Please advise,

I visited the site, and I see Corel Knockout 2 $99.
Corel has new owner, and I don't know what will happen to Procreate.
Knockout runs on PC and Mac.
