I am using Knockout 1.5 and love it. One thing I haven't been able to figure out is how to remove a backgound that is inside the the image. For example, a tite or a doughnut. I can remove the outside background, but can't figure out how to remove the center. It is probably a simple answer, I am just not that familiar with this software.

you just have to mask out that area, too, just like you did on the outside of the object.
