Why Won't it install?

I got a copy of Procreate Knockout 2 Upgrade from the corel store on EBay.
It will not install, I place the serial, directly from the card enclosed in
the sealed box, but it says it is not a good number. What gives.
I have a working Corel Knockout 1.5 on my computer.
I can not find either on the Corel Website nor in the software box a contact
number to help with this problem!

Frank,

I think there are problems installing because of mis-reading the zeroes
or O's. Try changing them around and try all caps, then all lower case.
Someone posted a suggestion on this, but I can't find it.

Andy,

Make sure you typed in the correct number. If that does not work try the
v1.5 serial number.. Just guessing.

You know 1.5 is a stand alone and 2.0 is a plug in?
