A newer problem

[Portable Splat Graphics]

ok this is getting really strange... I have created a file * car* with all
the usual drop shadows and such. On my computer it's 1.2 MB fine.... my guy
in the states gets the same file and opens it and makes 1 color change and
it's now 24 MB.... WTF... He had to remove the drop shadows to send it
back and it dropped to 900K.... what would cause the drop shadows to
BALLOON to that size, it's not just this one either. anything with a bmp in
it goes huge. He did reset CD with F8. We reset CD on his comp to my
specs and no change...

Is there something we missed?

Corey, is he using v9, too? Are your Options settings exactly the same
between your two machines? The reason I'm asking is perhaps he has something
"turned on" that you don't and that causes the increase? I.e., perhaps he's
embedding a color profile or something?

Yes he's runnnning CD 9 with SP 1-2. Everything is the same that I can
tell. I thought it wasn't compressing the file but it says it is... hummm.
any other ideas?

what about embedding a color profile? I doubt that's it, but it is something
to check.
