Some tips I found today that I didn't know before.

***

Coreldraw has the ability to re-scale the point size of the paragraph text
inside a frame when resizing the frame. Previously
after enlarging or reducing a frame you had to re-format the type if you
wanted to retain the look of the frame. Hold down the
ALT key when re-sizing to access this feature.

***

To create a duplicate of an object, set the pointer tool to drag the object
to where you would like the duplicate to be, then
click the right mouse button (don't slip!) before releasing the left. (-
everyone knows this, right? -Jeff) BUT.....If you want more copies
with the same offset (in any direction, wierd angles, etc.)`Ctrl R' repeats
the operation. Now that's cool.

***

move an object around the screen, but hold the spacebar at the same time to
get copies at the spacebar repeat
rate.

I tried EZ metrics, it was OK...

Isocalc 3 is another guy's software for doing similar stuff - pretty
awesome, worth checking out.

Other free utilities he has made plug into Isocalc. Check out "radit".
