converting complete object to cmyk, remaining vector drawing?

Hi,
for a big report i have to convert graphs and table's to cmyk.

So far i see 2 options;
- one is convert to bitmap and then go to cmyk-modus (unwanted since i
need the whole thing in vector format).

- other option is to select about every line, convert color to cmyk
(giving good results but is a pain since you have to select every one
line and syllable and takes huge amount of time).

Theres probably a better way, anyone?

btw, i use version 11
