CD 10 exporting to HPGL ".plt" file format

Hi Tom,

The PLT filter does not get installed by default. You'll have to perform a
custom install of the app in order to use the filter.

Why does it still export open circles etc?

Hi Michael,

Not sure why this wasn't addressed. Perhaps the engineering dept. failed to
see the importance of fixing this filter. I for one would like to see this
fixed as it severely affects workflow for many.
