OK...I have repetitive items to do in PhotoPaint, and I just know that
scripting or macros can do the job....

Yet, this VBA stuff looks scarey to me.

I have 50 objects on different layers...I want to do the following simple
macro...HELP!! please :)

start on uppermost layer
ctrl+M (mask)
ctrl+backspace to fill with specific fill
tab to advance to the next layer and repeat
(maybe even loop to match the number of layers)

Your help is most appreciated!!

while we are at it...i would like to take it to the next level...

start on uppermost layer
ctrl+M (mask)
file> save as> incremental name or layer name for the file name > ok
tab to advance to the next layer and repeat

If they are already objects, you don't need to mask them to fill them.
Enabling the Lock Transparency button on the Object Docker will constrain a
fill to an object.

Cool... I have used the lock transparency for painting so I don't go out
side the lines. Thank you thank you! :)

Any hints on saving each layer to their own individual file with the stroke
of a button?

:) Kim

other than copying the object and doing a file|new from clipboard, nope... i
don't do much scripting.
