I was looking in help for information on masking an object and did not find
any, so I assumed that you would use power clip. When exported to .swf the
object just sits in the powerclip window and jiggles instead of sliding in
as it does from within Rave 3. Am I missing something?

No, you aren't.

I've not been able to get any animation in a PowerClip to successfully export.

Here's an example I posted a while back--it invloves Symbols (which otherwise
work great).

A way to accomplish this is on the back burner until a revelation hits ;)

Andrew:

Thanks for the reply and the work-around examples.

I really like the interface for RAVE over FlashMX so I was looking forward
to using it for simpler animations and leave the complicated stuff (like
complex math to render objects) to Flash. Well hopefully the RAVE team can
solve this unfortunate problem.
