Can I still do this with new version of Corel Draw?

Hello all....
I have discovered an old design I did back in the late 90's... I'm
pretty sure I was using corel draw in those days..(switched to
photoshop ages ago)but this is an effect I would really likek to be
able to use again..its sort of morphing a line of text from one word
into another....I have scanned it and its up on photobucket (see url
below) and if anyone has any idea of what software that's around these
days will duplicate this I would love to hear about it....
