I am running CD 12 on Windows XP Home SP 2. The barcode wizard worked
when I first installed the program, but now won't open. When I click on
it, an icon appears in the start bar and if I go to task manager, it
says it is running, but I can't do anything with it. After a while, I
get a message saying that the Barcode Wizard has encountered a problem
and must be closed. Then asks if I want to send a message to Mocrosoft.
I have spent several hours on the phone with the Corel support people,
but to no avail. They now suggest that it is a problem with Microsoft.
I had a technician attempt to hook up a wirweless router a while back.
Is anyone aware of a system change in Microsoft that would keep the
barcode wizard from running. I have un-installed the program twice,
nothing seems to work.
Anyone have any suggestions?
