We've tried removing, then re-installing the application, patching to the
latest revision and different levels of local user - to no avail.
Can anyone suggest either how to fix the problem, or how to disable
QuickCorrect without using the menus.

2. You could have a workspace corruption. Hold F8 key while starting DRAW
and restore factory settings.
