Problems exporting in CorelDraw 11

Up until about a week ago, everything was fine. Then all of a sudden, CD 11
started giving me problems. Whenever I try to export something, as a .gif,
..tif or .jpg, it will only let me export it 1 inch tall, or less. (I don't
know what it will do in other formats, these are the only ones I have tried)
When I try to change the size, it will let me make it smaller, then bigger
again, but only until it gets to 1 inch, then it stops. I have tried
uninstalling, then re-installing, didn't work. I installed it on my wife's
computer, it works fine. I say UNCLE, I can't figure it out. Anybody have
any answers?

Hold F8 key while starting DRAW. Restore factory settings.
