for Bryce!

While I am glad to see Bryce away from Corel, I am at a loss see this as a
'future' for Bryce.

DAZ has a good success record for the software they have developed, apart
from DAZ Studio which isn't ready. Mimic, their main software release so
far, has been very successful and has made them a lot of money. The
development of the new LightWave Morph Mixer was a subcontracted job from
NewTek, and I am informed it works well and is a significant selling point
for the new version of LightWave.
Corel never made money from Bryce because they never managed to market it
properly, they simply never knew what they had bought or what to do with it.
DAZ will probably know because they have been in 3D for years, and they
understand why people buy this stuff. I could be wrong of course, but we'll
see. I think DAZ will sell a lot of copies of Bryce which means a bigger
Bryce community, which has to be a good thing.

The web site contains my art galleries and some free models for Bryce.
First freakin' thing DAZ needs to do is get a new version of Bryce out, more
than likely that is several month away ...
I do NOT think DAZ has the ability to code (or re-design existing code), for
a complex program like Bryce.
Sorry, but I will be proved right, I wish I wasn't ...
