Finally getting e-mail from Corel, but with the wrong name...

For many years, I've used Corel products, but never received the
e-mails announcing Corel related items until now... but an interesting
thing has happened.

The e-mails come with my e-mail address, but the name of someone else
at my company on them! I know I registered with my name; but somehow
his name is on the e-mails.

Is there any way to change that within the database? A forward back to
cust...@corel.com hasn't done the trick yet...

The e-mail address listed in the e-mails is the first part of my
munged address, followed by "bethel.edu."

Any suggestions on how to follow up on this would be appreciated!
Surely I'm not the only one this has happened to...

To reply personally, delete the right part of the address, and follow
the instructions mentioned earlier.
