Word Perfect Address Book to Avery Label Pro

Hi,

I have just purchased Avery Label Pro and I would like to use this
program to make my Christmas labels as it seems to be much easier.

Could you tell me how to get my address books (I have several different
ones) into Microsoft Word so I can print the addresses in Avery.
