Role Category: Full-Stack Web Application & API Development

Role Purpose

Develop a highly responsive, accessible Blazor web application and secure .NET APIs hosted on AWS. You will be responsible for delivering real-time dashboards, drill-downs, global search capabilities, PHI/PII-safe reporting, and self-service tools, all backed by robust observability.

Required Skills

• Core Frameworks: Strong hands-on experience with Blazor (Server/WebAssembly) and ASP.NET Core / .NET 8.

• Cloud Development: Proven ability to build secure, scalable APIs and web applications natively on AWS.

• UI/UX Delivery: Implementation of card-based dashboards, interactive drill-downs, and dynamic, role-based navigation.

• Search Integration: Experience integrating OpenSearch for global, multi-criteria search functionalities.

• Security & Identity: Solid understanding of OAuth/OIDC, MFA, RBAC, session management, and comprehensive audit logging.

• Compliance & Design: Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1 AA) and responsive UI design principles.

 Preferred Skills

• Architecture: Experience with event-driven architectures and core AWS services (API Gateway, Lambda, S3, SQS/SNS, EventBridge).

• Integrations & Reporting: Data and tool integration with Jira, Power BI / DOMO.

• Observability: Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools like CloudWatch, New Relic, and Splunk.

• DevOps: Knowledge of Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).

 Experience Prerequisites

• 8+ years in full-stack .NET development.

• 3+ years building and deploying production-grade Blazor applications.

• 2+ years developing on AWS cloud infrastructure
