DC Core Internet Values at IGF 2025 Lillestrøm - organisational meeting

Dear Colleagues,

in addition to the session we'll have with the DC NN, we also have the ability to book a bilateral meeting room for our DC to meet-up and plan for the future. There are now several threads happening in parallel which we need to put into shape and taking the opportunity to meet up face to face can help us kick-start some. Of course we'll also open up a zoom room so as to allow for remote participation for those not travelling to Lillestrøm.

At present, the bookings for the bilateral rooms are still quite open, but we need to act fast as they are filling-up fast.

For each day of the week, I have proposed 10:00am, 12:00pm and 3:00pm. These are not exact times - 10:00am is for a morning meeting, 12:00pm is for a lunchtime meeting and 3:00pm for an afternoon meeting. Please indicate roughly when you're more likely to be able to attend a 30 minute meeting, both in person or remotely (Zoom).

I'll close the poll by Tuesday 10 June 2025 so as to be able to make the bookings ASAP.
