Hi,
I ran CorenHunter in terminal using R scripts. I only used marker matrix data. I got 41 core set selections from 204 accessions. I also got 0.34 as MR values, please see the attached file. I am not sure why I have single MR value for all of them. Also, can you please elaborate the significance of the MR values?
