Core Hunter 3 released

Dear users,

We are happy to announce that Core Hunter version 3 has been released, which was recoded from scratch.

Core Hunter is now available as a full-blown R package "corehunter" on CRAN, and a graphical user interface is finally on its way.

In addition to multiple formats of genetic marker data, Core Hunter now also supports phenotypic traits and precomputed distance matrices.

Also, new distance based evaluation measures were introduced. More information is available at the website http://www.corehunter.org.

Any feedback on the new version is more than welcome.
