Export selected Dataset

Hello.

I am working on a distance matrix of about 300 accessions and have to select a subset of this population of about 100 accessions. can anyone please help me how to proceed with it?

I have downloaded the desktop version and have run the program once, I can see selection of few lines but I don't know how to export the selected dataset.
