Can core hunter 3 be used for constructing core collection based on phenotypic data alone.

Hi,

Yes you can use Core Hunter based on phenotypic data only. Any of the distance-based metrics (E-NE, A-NE, E-E, see https://www.corehunter.org/measures) can be used as objective function and will be based on Gower's distance for phenotypes. For more info on how to format your data file containing the phenotypes, see https://www.corehunter.org/data#phenotypic-trait-data.
