We need to mention couple of points which include : -

• Regarding training schedule we have already asked on 16th June mail to confirm the training but we haven't heard anything from you after a while until Aalok sent an mail to you.
• We have stated at the beginning that you arrange group of people for training and As per our records we have given 5 different training for the use of the software and you are now again requested to give whole training again, we requested to when we schedule next time training you arrange group of people who will be using the system more often. 
• We again requested to create document for the list of the question so we can prepare for the giving training accordingly and focus more on the issue that you are facing. As per the last talk you only mention few of the comment.
• We agree that it is not 100% bug free product and you will arise many bug during use of the system.
• Can you please clarify about the above point?   " We have also raised one more query that while doing entry of “Candidate” can we give option for a separate portion for “Batch Start Date” and/or “Batch End Date”?"   What you want to see in Candidate Records related to Batch??
• Our 50% partners have started data entry work for completed training but with the user “SuperAdmin” we don’t know how to cross check their work means they are giving us XYZ report about data entry but how can we trace, so you are requested to guide me on same.   This kind of report not exist in ERP where you can see what data entry done on which date by franchise-wise? Right now by Logging "District Nodal officer" you can see "Training Allotment Page" and then filter information by taluka, but it will not give information who has done what data entry date-wise. 

 If you want such kind of report we need to add few fields in database and accordingly create user-interface for the same  where you can see date-wise report for data-entry Franchise-wise. 

Please make a note "For any of the changes apart from bug-fixing will be consider as Change Request(CR)  and we will do formal exchange of Mail and we will estimate the number of hours required for the development. All will start working into it after your approval into the same." Kindly make note of it.

Entre training because where we have 100% confidence we will skip that menu / point but some menu is related with some other menu and we are still facing some problem. Its only due to huge gap between trainings and parallel we are tracing issues and solving it, means it is not 100% bug free product, so we are still confused at some point.

 

Also note that meaning of “we are” means Chirag and our training partners who are actually working on ERP. I am having some idea and giving them support on my level but some time I was also un answerable to their queries.

• We agree that it is not 100% bug free product and you will arise many bug during use of the system. I will again say it is a CUSTOM MADE SOFTWARE where USER REQUIREMENT ARE NOT CLEAR AT ALL AND BUGs WILL BE COMING AS A PART OF DEVELOPMENT LIFE CYCLE.
