My thoughts - few small changes if you like to modify, stated below.

Page 1

- add happy Diwali (in English) below the Hindi.

- change lunch to dinner.

- change annakut aarti to new year aarti.

- mahaprasad is one word per my understanding.
- since we have space, list the RSVP name vertically. (Makes reading better)

- since Ghanshyam Maharaj is on page 2 put seating Akshar purushottam image on page 1 where Maharaj face is.

Team, (19 days to go for 11/16 event)

Kindly if i may request can someone provide status for our Diwali event as per the meeting minutes? Or if the status needs to be coming from the 'lead Diwali sevak' please bring them on in 1 email so the entire process can be visible and we all can be on 1 page. OR we can get the status if we are planning to conduct possibly weekly conference call for our event?

p.s. just providing my thoughts.

My seva status:

a) Believe I have enough kitchen paper product supplies for our event. 

b) purchased 81 small annakut plates still more plates purchase pending. I will bring them on the event day and will hand over to annakut setup team. Let me know who I need hand over the 'purchased receipt' for cost tracking (event related) and reimbursement.

With only appx 10 days left to Diwali, I wanted to see where each lead stood with their respective departments.  We haven't had a chance to meet after our last meeting and thought it would be good if everyone gave a brief outline of where they stand.  The original pdf had action items under each lead.  I will begin,

1	Responsible for Sabha Vyavastha. You will be helped by Kunalbhai--Kunalbhai we need to get divider from the mandir after mandir Annakut is over. We can discuss about annakut darshan flow later this week or next week
2	Please select a team and have a plan in place soon. ---We ( Me & Kunal) are enough from Man side. I will talk to Bhupenbhai to get some one from women side for Sabha Vyavastha.
3	Feedback from past, please ensure maryada is kept in check by ensuring the flow is properly planned----Under planning as per our annakut arrangements

a) Believe I have enough kitchen paper product supplies for our event. 

b) purchased total 212 small annakut plates. Let me KNOW 'SEVAK TEAM' if more needed. 

c) Let me know who I need to hand over the 'purchased receipt' for cost tracking (event related) and reimbursement.

d) Need to work with Rasikbhai if I have to do any emcee.

e) Need to work with Harshadbhai in planning for Aksharpith/Shayona setup.
