A thought for planning

Here are few things I am working on..

1. To check with Kesher Isreal congregation in westchester for facility. Follow up with dasd for any school facility.

2. Preparing the db for mailing and contact.

Thought:

Since we have exactly 1 month from the event day and the fact that we haven't done any detailed planning (putting dates and finalize seva) for the event, can we have 1 - 1.5 hr con-call (if not meeting in person) this week itself to set things in motion.

I will make myself available for any day in the evening for the call. Let me know your thought..

Thanks for the email and a head start. Myself and keyushbhai have started our internal communication and by cob today a meeting to conduct either Thursday or Friday around or after 8pm will be set. That email will be sent to the karyakars group of DT which I believe should include this core group sevaks and others as well.
