Please refer 2014 Parasabha calendar for our BAPS Downingtown Mandal

Please Note:

• Unless we are instructed by Pu. Santos to make any changes, we will be strictly following these dates
  
• Calendar is prepared based on Tithi (to avoid Ekadashi), Hall availability and Santo's potential availability (for Samiya) 
  
• I will work with Deepaliben Shah to get the "host" planned for entire year
  
• We have already booked the hall till June end

It's very good that we are moving ahead with the planning for the new year but I would request if we could come together and conduct in person RETROSPECT meeting and learn to improve from 2013 lessons learned for next year and many more.

1) Planning fo 2014 - Parasabha / Gosthi / Para Samaiya's (once plan is finalised, publish the plan to wider group for better visibility for all)

I was thinking of having some fun activities before the meeting (like going to bowling in Downingtown)...any other ideas?

Our first parasabha for year 2014 is on 10th Jan (Joli Sabha).

If group consensus is to have this meeting on Friday than the next available time slot for this meeting would be on 17th Jan.

I will compile the response from the group (yes vs no) for the 11th Jan and notify this group.
