Venue - kiranbhai's residence
Attendees - Maharaj & Swami, sankalpbhai, Bimalbhai, Rasikbhai, Kiran bhai, Hiteshbhai Shah, Kunalbhai.
Summary - rasikbhai confirmed with p. Viveknidhiswami that entire sabha will be 73 mins. We went over the sabha schedule that rasikbhai emailed and did some Thaal pract.
There were some good suggestions by Hiteshbhai shah - he mentioned that all core karyakars should call personally their close friends and those who attend our parasabha occasionally and invite them to our samayo.
Sankalpbhai mentioned that we should have a persons with laptop ready to update database and add any new members. This can be done at donation desk. Rasikbhai pls squeeze this somewhere in ur MC
Hiteshbhai shah spoke to mukeshbhai who suggested that all the core guys who can make it to meet up at his place on the day of
Event and cook for a few hours.
