Greetings from The Gender Lab ! 

We are happy to inform you that, after great success of 3 batches of The Gender Lab Fellowship from its inception in 2015, we are back with renewed enthusiasm and a search for eager young women to join us in our journey. The applications are now open for The Gender Lab Fellowship 2018-19.

Who are we?
 

We, at The Gender Lab are aiming to build leadership, employability and entrepreneurship skills among young women (20 to 25 years) through a multi layered ‘service learning’ model. We are also treading on our way towards breaking gender stereotypes in the society through 13-14 year old adolescent girls from schools across Mumbai and Delhi NCR.

Who are we looking for?

• Female graduates between the age of 

• Someone who is passionate and committed about understanding and working on gender issues and women’s empowerment.
  
  
• Ready for a rigorous learning experience including field work at the grassroots and eager to facilitate workshops for 13-14 year old girls in schools.
  

• Someone who is also passionat
• 20 and 25 years.  
  
• Fluent in Hindi and any one of English/ Marathi/ Gujarati  
  
• Comfortable with extensive local travel within Mumbai.
Who will be an Ideal Candidate?
• e about working on themselves, challenging their abilities and striving to be a better person :)

It is a 10 month , full time , paid fellowship wherein the fellows will receive a stipend of Rs.15,000 per month for 9 months.
