MSP presence at The New POC Activism

Hey y'all! Just wanted to touch base about the DecoloNYC event on Sunday. Sharon & I will both be there, & I think Sky & Jan were planning on coming too. Anyone else? We should definitely plan to introduce the MSP during the announcements section at the end. At first I was thinking we should bring paper surveys, but now I'm not so sure that makes sense since I doubt folks will want to fill them out then & there. What if we pass around a sign-up sheet instead so we can email people links to the website / survey / FB page & invite them to the potluck? I'm attaching a sample sign-up sheet; let me know if you think there are columns we should add. Also, do you think in our announcement we should emphasize that we're especially interested in hearing from community organizers & activists working outside the nonprofit system? I don't want to discourage nonprofit folks from getting in touch, but I think it would be good to expand our base...

Sharon, Jan, & Sky - can one of you print out 5-10 copies of the sign-up sheet? I don't have a color printer, & it would be nice to have the logo in color. Also, does any of you have a clipboard you can bring?
