Hey all, just wanted to check in about our phone meeting tonight. Are we still planning to do a conference call at 8pm? If so, are we using Skype or some other service?

OK, sounds good! We can just do a quick check-in if no one has anything major to discuss.

Also want to remind us all that we agreed to take meticulous minutes at all meetings, including phone meetings, so that those who can't make it can catch up. I can take notes this time!

I'm open for that. just not sure what the meeting is for. What's the agenda?

The two things I was thinking we should check in on are:

Meeting with Melissa at the Commons on Tuesday. Status of meeting request with Al from 33 Flatbush

Then survey update (Lucas)

Good question Michael.

It will probably be a quick check-in...

Some agenda items could include finishing the survey process in style (meeting our goals for sept 1st deadline), and prepping for our mtg with melissa (the commons) and al (33 flatbush). Anything else folks wanna talk about? I know Brooke has also offered to lead a visioning retreat at some point, so not sure if we wanna discuss if/when that makes sense too.
