Cheyenna Weber wanted to make sure the MSP crew knew about this event below. She interviewed me about the MSP for the Deep Listening project. I'll be in SE Asia from Feb. 15-March 5th, so I can't make the event, but I recommend others check it out. Cheyenna is someone who could be a great resource and ally for our work... especially for modeling solidarity economy principles in our future space!

Please join us Tuesday, February 19th from 6-9PM at New York University's Robert F. Wagner Graduate School for Public Service for
Growing a Resilient City:
Collaboration in New York City's Solidarity Economy
Join us for for an evening of focused discussion on potential collaboration amongst leaders from across New York's solidarity economy. Hear proposals from your peers, review the findings of SolidarityNYC's Deep Listening project, and offer your insights for what's needed to grow the political and economic power of grassroots economic development in our communities. This is an event focused on action: we know what's needed, so what are we willing to commit to realize it?
A light meal will be served. Childcare available upon request.
Please RSVP to in...@solidaritynyc.org by February 1st. Participants include those interviewed for the Deep Listening project, additional solidarity economy organizations, interested funders, and community organizers. We invite you to bring one additional person from your organization and will consider additional members depending on seating capacity.
Let's launch a new era of security and well-being
for New York City.
