After May Day yesterday, I’d like to let you know about an event happening tomorrow at Brooklyn’s Interference Archive that can help keep the celebration going. “Strike Then Strike Now” is an exhibit of posters, pamphlets, books, images, jokes, memes, and other labor-related ephemera from their archive and beyond. My wife Blithe is one of the organizers behind this and, having had a sneak peak already, I can tell you it’s great and worth checking out.
The opening reception kicks off Friday May 3 at 7 pm. The Interference Archive is located at 131 8th Street #4, Brooklyn, NY 11215 (2 blocks from F/G/R trains at 4th avenue/9th street).
