Full of examples and insights, Ramanjaneyulu G V shows clearly how farmers are constantly innovating and sharing their experiences, and distinguishes it from institutional innovation. This grassroots innovation is context-sensitive by design, low-cost, easy to adopt, and sees scaling only after due trial and error. Makes this so similar to how open-source works. Important to reflect for the CoRE stack as well, on how we can support this robust "open source" practice that's been operational since ever. What should we be building for the agriculture domain so that such practices are strengthened and supported?
