Also another initiative from Indonesia is mentioned, Peta Bencana, which provides info systems for coordination during disaster events. This uses a suite of open-source systems https://sitioss.info/about-2 which brings together listening from social media, push alerts and notifications on whatsapp, ingesting weather forecasts and government data, logistics coordination, and dashboards. Seems very appropriate for many areas in India too. I don't think any such well orchestrated suite is used in India? We did have war rooms come up during covid but not sure if a coordination software suite emerged from there.
