It's a bit stringent and demanding on the user to be very clear on what they want, probably not unlike the agencies it represents! But this is clearly a sign of things to come - the hard part is in data creation and research to build good datasets, whereas the frontends to query and dashboard the data are going to get easier and flexible.
Also a call to the dev group to think about a project that puts together a similar interface to combine administrative and environmental data on the CoRE stack!
