Continuing from the previous email of what's possible with knowledge extraction, here's two fascinating maps dones by Anand, Kiran, Shashank and team at the Auroville Botanical Gardens, as part of the ERA knowledge desk. 

They digitized the classic A Revised Survey of the Forest Types of India (Champion & Seth): https://championandsethspecies.pages.dev/ and Flora of Madras Presidency (J.S. Gamble): https://floraarchive.netlify.app/ books into maps!
