unable to acccess api dashboard.core-stack.org

Hello,

 I have created account on https://dashboard.core-stack.org/dashboard to get api access for core stack challenge, but it shows  following message when account is created

Access Restricted

You do not currently have rights to access this dashboard. Please contact your administrator or wait until permissions are assigned.

How to solve it? i also send email to core stace  support but not  response, can  anyone help me  here?

I have given permission two your both accounts. Can you please check and confirm. Else we can also get into a call to fix it
