Address in use error

hi,
yesterday my core-server development environment has no problems. but
today when i started the core-server and attach to the screen i saw
there is a "address in use" error. i checked the output of netstat -l
but there is no ports listed related to core-server.
any ideas?

damn! i forgot that i installed yaws web server. but i couldn't find
8080 port in netstat output. so the problem is SOLVED
